This hike is especially for MEN AND WOMEN who are interested in journaling and learning the importance of writing your thoughts, feelings down on paper to release. 

Registration fee includes guided meditation, snack, water and BGHT souvenir 

Please carpool as best possible as the parking lot if very small.

This hike is designed with the entire family in mind. Let's introduce hiking to our children early allowing space for their creative curious minds to be inspired. Registration is for 1 adult and 1 child less than 18 years old.
